Are WIX all made in China now? Just saw on Amazon where the country of origin is China.

and i was wondering if the quality was still there when i saw "honcho en mexico".......
i wonder what the next go-to filter is these days ? baldwin ?
i guess it's time to stock up on filters again IF i can figure out what is the BEST brand out there........

The one right up the road from me in Dillon doesn't actually manufacture filters anymore. Used to street race on that road years ago.

Where and how do you get the "on sale price" I looked on the deals forum and no info there other than the standard %5. Please advise.

The supply chain has been so screwed up the past 3 years, you don't know what you are getting until you open the box and try to identify it.

Wix has repackaged filters made by others when they couldn't produce their own, had stuff made overseas, etc. I see premium filters from all over the world, including China.

I just bought a box of 12 from Amazon. Each says "made in USA" right on the filter.

I purchased a case about a month ago from a dealer. Wix 51515R all say made in USA on them

This one is a couple years old out of my trailer

just looked at the three i have left on the shelf, and they say "made in Gastonia, NC.", so that makes me happy.
i bought my last batch from the "group buy" here.

Got mine from Rock Auto last year and they all say Made in USA on the filter sticker.
