Anyone have the torque specs for the mains on the Bill Mitchell Hemi block? Also, when checking bearing clearance on mains, do i need the torque the lateral bolts?

Block torque specs are here. You should have gotten an instruction sheet with it as well. And yes you should torque ALL the fasteners when checking clearance, runout etc.

I read the torque spec's in the PDF and has the mains being torqued to 100 FT Lbs. & the side bolts torqued to 45 FT Lbs. My KB blocked is stamped to torque the mains to 120 FT Lbs. & 80 FT Lbs. on the side bolts shruggy

Different block, different fasteners, etc. For example, the side bolts on the BMP block are 3/8" dia.
And the block should be machined at the same specs it is assembled at.
