Roots Blower Guys.....Q-Boost Ref

So I acquired a 440 based blower motor....The plan is an 871 on E85 with carbs at the moment. But, if someone had a good deal on dual TorqueStorms, my mind could be changed....

So with that said, I plan on using the Magnaleak 500 I have, do I need a boost referenced regulator for the carbs?

I dont think you need to in that application as the carbs dont see positive pressure.

You may consider referencing the carbs to the intake to ensure power valve opening ? That would be my concern.

(I may have no idea what I'm talking about though.)

No br regulator is needed but you can just not have it hooked up if it is br.
