What trouble are you having?
I have the mp o-rings and stamped steel covers. No problems. (I oil the o-ring)

Yes, as you have found out, the O-rings Mopar has been selling us for the 20 years are waaay too big. If you want, you can take a plug tube down to an industrial supply house and see if they have something smaller. They actually do fit the Ansen cast aluminum valve covers that Mopar sold for the last 5 minutes before they cut us off again but that doesn't make it right that they sold us that crap for 20 years. And they don't sell any breathers for the Ansen valve covers either.

Are you using spark plug washers or do you remove them?
Thanks.

Mopar had two different type spark plug tube and seals in the 426 street hemi. I think the 1966 and 1967 were the same and the 1968 to 1971 were the better ones
