Best boots for plugs wires with TF270 heads - 06/27/22 04:27 AM

I have a set of TrickFlow 270 heads and will be using with TTI headers. Am thinking to go with Firecore wires. Should I use straight or 90 degree boots?

You'll have to mock it up to see since it really depends on which header you are using. TTi makes a bunch of headers and the tubes are in different locations on them. I usually end up with a mix of different ends on the stuff I build.

iagree With Trick Flow 240 heads and tti 1 7/8" headers on a RB, I ended up using 6 90 degree boots and two MSD "multiangle" boots at 135 degrees (45).

Here is the engine from my Coronet. It has TF heads and the short try-y headers that TTi builds.
