I like my QA1-R’s. They are single adjustable, but they change extension a bunch and compression just a bit. If you aren’t hanging the front tires a foot. Compression not that important. Tailoring how fast the front end tops out is the goal.
Koni speed sensing steel drag front shocks if you can find them now I have a new set in a old box with a part number of 80 1423SPA1 on the end I put a set of them on my old pump gas Duster(mid to low tens in the 1/4 mile) and they work WAY better than the Comp. Engr, 3 way adjustable front shocks did, way better
If the front suspension is separating too aggressively and/or landing, crushing the suspension and bouncing, you need to use a good shock and control both ends independently. $400/pr are not "good" shocks.
Not everyone can benefit from that. You didn't say how fast or how this car is working now.
