Order some custom straps from Mac's custom tie downs when they arrived one of them wasn't right so I called the place after hours to let Mike know there was a problem left a voice mail with in 10min Mike called me back we talked a couple of mins and he said he would have a new one made and get it to me it arrived at my house 4 days later that's what I call great customer service. Good folks - literally across the highway from me.
They - actually Colin the owner - has a BIG shop on premises for some heavy duty builds, like old pickups on new chassis.
The whole place is clean & organized, and last year (most Thursdays in Summer) they held an informal get-together.
They just added another building, about 10,000SF I guess.

I love my Mac's stuff, none better
