I have a set that do not have a hole drilled for the oil through pushrod needed to run on a magnum. Can I just drill the holes clean them out an run them?

Might work......... if
The lifters happen to have the oil metering pieces under the pushrod seat, and..........
The pushrod seat is soft enough to drill through it.

Thing is there are no magnum style lifters avail currently that are not made in China. I have the non magnum ones on hand that are USA made. Guess it is time to take one apart and compare the guts to a magnum lifter.
