CP Carrillo rings - 12/18/21 02:29 PM

I got my CP pistons from Tim Banning. I told him i wanted Total seal rings and he spoke about a light tension tool steel ring that does not need a pump. I said i'll take them. I assumed they were Total seal, they are not. They are CP Carrillo steel gas nitrided top ring and .043 steel napier black ring with 3mm oil ring. Anyone ever use these? Would like to know your results. These are for a 12:1 572 Hemi street/strip deal. Thanks

CP does not make rings, those are from NPR, of highest quality, and work well.

I look them up and got the scoop. Looks to be a quality ring. Never heard of these before. Always used Total seal.
