Thanks! I'm wondering if they use the rocker pivot length as the 572-13?, if they have the same valve spacing and location( s)?, if they have the same seat ring O.D.? If they can take the 572-13 cnc program? i have a call in to Ken but, wondering if anyone else was familiar with these.
I had a set a long time ago. Barton ported them. The rocker pedestals were machined off for the Jessel rocker mounting system. They were mostly designed for the smaller bore. Thats were the 572 versions stepped in.
I wonder if these are your old heads then and just worked their way further south? I was told they were on a truck puller last go around. They have water passages.

They could be. I sold the engine to a guy and he said he was going to street race it for money. He was putting it in some sort of A-Body.They were in a 4x4 tube frame mud racing chassis. Not that it helps but here is some pics before the guy picked it up.
How cool is that! I'll look for any distinguishing similarities. Did you have any flow #'s?
I did have but not sure if I can find them. Richard O'mally built it for me the first time. The heads were done by Ray Barton. Back in 2003 Muscle Motors freshened it up and Mike said they were about the nicest set he ad seen. Block was o-ringed and run with SCE copper head gaskets. Like I said they had the expensive Jessel rocker system, external oiling. How much of the engine did you get?
