Any of you guys been, or going. Just curious if it's worth the trip.

Going, didn't go last year, but reports from those who did were very positive.
Long haul for me in Michigan, but should be a fun way to end the season

I was there last year and raced, planning to be there this year. From what I'm seeing/hearing, this year should be even better. Sundays race got rained out after 2nd round (I think, been a year!), purse was split among remaining racers. Cars were there from Ky, Tenn, Va, W Va, Ind, Oh, Ill, NC, and I'm sure other states. Come on and enjoy! The track is fine!

Last year was the first year and it was real good. Had a fair amount of cars and this year it is expected to grow quite a bit. I know of many more going this year that did not go last year. It's a race each day - Saturday and Sunday - Come join the FUN drive

I was hoping to be able to make this one this year, but it's not gonna happen. We bought a motor from the guy that owns the place last November. Met him there at the track...nice guy, nice place, scenic and pretty easy drive up there from where we are in SC.

I'm going to try and make it. Problem for me is, my normal crew guys are all unavailable. Every car I have requires at least one other person. So if I can find help I'm in.

I've never been there. How is the racing surface, and shut down?

The pictures that I posted above are of London Dragway. I think the track is all concrete, shut down is asphalt. Shut down is plenty long enough, regularly run 200 mph + pro mods there. I am certain that you can find suitable help at the track. Come on, join us!!

I'm missing everything this year, dammit. This looks like it'd be a good show and opportunity to meet some MOPARTs people. Someone please take pics and debrief us as to how this show goes.

The track is awesome. The race is awesome. The shut down is fine for 1/8 mile.

Hope to see you there!

The shutdown is doable at 10.0, but you dont want to waste any time after crossing, low 9 cars usually have better brakes that me, " I'm running Willwoods on front and stock drums rear, if your mid to low nines it be much better to have the best.
