You mean what brand or extension and rebound? They usually have equal number adjustments in both directions.

The Afco double adjustable coil over shocks I bought last year have 36 adjustments on them, 18 each way

Pretty Sure the Santhuff ones have more ext adjustment than compression.

And, in addition to the choices it comes with; you can send them in to the manufacturer and have the entire range of adjustments shifted farther up or down by the place that built them. I had to do that on my Afco's to get more extension restriction.

The AFCO Big Gun valving in a new shock is a good value. Cheaper than having a new 3850 upgraded.
Anymore, if it's goes into the 10s, especially if it's heavy or a clutch car, I would put a Big Gun level or custom shock on it.
