What kind of throttle cable you guys using for tunnel rams? This is what i have and not sure i can modify to work.

My Hilborn has the same set up, I used the same cable for the carb

I'd only use a bell crank if I was using a linkage rod from the pedal. Using a cable, the bell crank is redundant since the cable is flexible. Run your cable up to the carb directly like you would on a single 4. You get direct movement, and drop a bunch of other parts.
Use a morse cable, and a toe hook on the pedal. Then you can forcible close the throttle if need be.
