Dream Cruise has been Canceled This Year

The Dream Cruise this year has been canceled here in Mich.. hope none have rented
rooms for this.. I'll still be out there a day or two

ALWAYS been bester on Wednesday through Friday... but Friday has been nothing but a slow moving PARKING LOT the last couple of years .... so I hear .

I'll still be out during the week in the evenings probably. Only 30 minutes from me.

I'll be out there a couple of days.. so will my buddy in his ford PU.. I'll have my Rampage..
we like to cruise together

Yeah, with such close proximity to the cruising scene it's hard NOT to actualy come out, even if that means just a couple of passes up and down the main drag.

I'll be there for sure...

How do they let you cross into the US with the restrictions

I went down on 6/20 during the day. Not many cars out as it was 2 in the afternoon. But it's been on my bucket list just to drive the Monte on Woodward and get a few pics. Plus checking out the easiest route and avoiding the expressway. I will try like heck to get back down a day or two the week prior to the day that was supposed to be the actual cruise.

Ahh...well, there is the Plan-A and then there is the Plan-B.

PLAN-A
People stop re-asserting their individuality per their belief in the "God given right" to do as they please...instead they start thinking "big picture" and all the puzzle pieces start to come together, idea being: society at large, and it's efficacy, is based on individual decisions each and every one of us makes, these at aggregate level produce big movement, and in this case, COVID-19 either gets worse, or it gets better. PLAN-A's main premise is that things get better and the border is re-opened by Aug-18th.

Wow, I can't believe I just said all that, not at all directed personally towards you MR_P_BODY either, but somewhat catharitic nonetheless (thank you for asking that question sir...LOL).

I re-assert my individual right to be present in the USofA, flash my Green Card and cross over.

So as you see, we all pay a price in all of this, right? I certainly do today when I ship my SummitRacing stuff to my Canuck Family Home address, as opposed to just my US appartment and flash the Green Card to head on over there to pick it up and save me ohh...about $100 in shipping/duty/customs charges. (OK, enough of that, I gotta stop venting...)
