I think you are right. I have never read or heard anything negative about Molnar either. Seems to be pretty good for the money you spend.

Todd is a great guy. Stopped in last week and got my 1st peek at the KB wedge I ordered. Dropped of a bunch of parts and am looking forward to the build. We talked at length about what I had, my expectations and what I race. We were both on the same page. One of the things I really like about Todd is he is a straight shooter and has no problem letting someone know if their approach isn't going to get the Results they want.

I thought the rods were made here in the usa. Let me lookie again.

I could understand if due to things the cranks were off shore and as people have posted thats one big group of winners in the mix.

All Molnar rods are finished in the United States at the Molnar Technologies shop in Michigan.

Well maybe one day they will be made here in the USA, either way he offers a great product.

I buy pretty much everything for the motors I build from Todd, one of the main reasons is that he keeps up on what’s going on in the industry like who making the best products and which products are having issues so I just tell him what I’m building and he sends me what I need from the suppliers that are making the best products and he lets me know about the problems are out there, what to look out for and when to go a different direction. Saves me from having to do all the research and finding out the hard way on things. For example a customer asked about building a hydraulic roller motor and Todd cautioned me that a lot of people were having issues with them and suggested just going with a flat tappet hydraulic, even though he would have made more money on the roller.

I need to schedule a drive to see Todd & his shop this summer.
As I sit here at Farmington dragway waiting for today's racing to start, I am only 28 miles away!
