There was a 65' Dodge Coronet named "Hemi Lite" that ran at Quaker maybe 10 years ago.
Have know idea on a name attached to it.

Heard back from my friend. He believes Marvin had a 65 Hemi and thought it was a 990 car. Marvin was actually good friends of Gus's dad. Gus was going to ask some other people he knows about Marvin. I will say it wasn't uncommon back i. The day to have several hemi cars with similar names just spelled differently.

If I get more information I'll post it.

Thankyou.
I found the original hemi engine for the car.
I'm really not in to hemis. I'm a small block guy but this might be an interesting deal to reunite the engine to the car.
That paint scheme brings me back to that era

I'm sure this car isn't selling for $19.995.00

Yep.
That's the one that ran at Quaker quite a bit back a few years.
So you found it.

Found the original engine that came out of it and has the original magnesium crossram intake too.
Hemis are new to me.
Might inquire about the car since it's for sale. Would be a cool project.

Doesn't that price seem a little low to you ? I would think even a butchered-up original lightweight would be worth twice that money wouldn't it shruggy I wouldn't buy that car without a walk around or pay someone you can out there to put there hands on it twocents

Gus beer

with every thing that is going on with the shut down of the economy I have a feeling there will be a lot of cars being sold on the cheap

The Marvin Miller I know lives outside Brewster Ohio.
He is related by marriage and I used to see him at yearly family reunions, very nice guy.

He owned a body shop and did many restorations over the years and specialized in Mopars.
He owned a number of Wing and Hemi cars over the years and did own some type of factory lightweight Dodge Hemi drag car.

Sadly I heard he is not currently in the best of health.
I'm not sure if he sold the Hemi drag car or not.
If I get a chance I will try to ask.
