It really looks like a Comp Cams solid roller lifter cam to me 
Call them and ask them about those numbers as well as the serial number on your cam

Could be Comp Cam. It has a CC mark on there and 4245/4312 would be a decent race cam for a BB Mopar.

Fast68 is the man. From the Comp Cams master list (online) more info on each lobe (int/exh) attached.
