Cam retention SB/ early hemi

Wondering if there is a need for a different cam retention plate when going to a steel roller cam on sb/ early hemi? Im a little concerned about the steel/ steel thrust surface. Any issues? Bronze plates/ torringtons?

The thrust plate from HotHeads is bronze.
