Ordered at the beginning of March 2019 with a delivery date of 5/31/2019.
1st block was NFG because of a casting defect that did not show up until almost the end of machining. Back to square one.
2nd block got right to the end of machining and got a drill bit broken off in it, I know this is true because I could see the remnants of its removal.
Block arrived at my facility at the end of July, on budget, but behind schedule. Couple of minor issues that I took care of myself. Couple of minor issues that I let Bradshaw know about.
Bottom line is that Bradshaw delivered what he said he would at the agreed price. He has got a tough row to hoe with this deal and I wish him well. At the moment he is the only one supplying iron blocks and I hope he can carry the torch by getting production issues worked out.
Regardless of your personal feelings for the man, He is doing the Mopar community a great service, without him we would have nothing to work with in the Hemi realm. Paul
That's a good schedule even w/ the delay! Glad it worked out! I saw on facebook where a guy in KY just got 2 hemi blocks from them that were ordered earlier this year. Looks promising!

Was it in the Deck ? passenger side rear ?
[/quote The defect was in the area of where the mechanical fuel pump mounts, since this is going to be an absolute stock engine it was mandatory to have all of that intact. I would assume that someone using an electric fuel pump got an early Christmas present. Paul
Glad your block came in! I almost ordered one from him but got gun shy after seeing all of the bad press on him over the years. Ended up buying a mega block from Matt Hensley instead. I was just at Nickens brothers last week. Looks like they are still busy, and had some very high end builds going on. Keep us updated as I may still buy one of the bulldog blocks as a spare.

One of the local builders I do heads for is going to be putting together a Hemi street motor. 526”, and it’s going to be built around the Bulldog block.
It was ordered roughly 8 weeks ago, and was delivered this week. It hasn’t gotten scrutinized very hard yet, but nothing obviously “wrong” with it has been discovered to this point.
Pump gas, hyd roller, the MP/Ede heads. I’m not sure what the plan is for induction.
Got my block back from Nickens Brothers a couple of weeks ago, Just got to work on it a few days ago. So far , so good. Molnar crank & rods KB pistons Mopar restoration cam & lifters
I have everything else to finish it , will post as I go
Subaru engine commandeered the engine stand , so that's why its on the pallet , LOL. Paul
Finally finished assembling my 426 Hemi, Had to tear it back down to basic components and clear a major blockage in the oil system. I cannot believe I missed that, But I did. No one to blame but myself. It is together with all brand new name brand stuff.
A big shout out to Scott Smith for the awesome clone carburetors! Thank you! ,Paul
There was about 2 fluid oz's of iron swarf stuck in the main lifter galleys. Problem was revealed on a pre-oil check, no oil to the rocker arms. Whoever was running the gun drill must not have had the oil pressure turned up high enough. Not an excuse, just my theory. I can't believe I was so stupid to miss that. I could have sworn that I shone a flashlight down each passage, apparently NOT. oh well, all is good now. Paul
Steel bristle bore brushes are your friend Never ASSUME anything on engine assembly I make sure and use them in every oil passage with cleaning solvent first and then air and again with either brake cleaner or carb cleaner, which ever one I have the most of in stock at that time and more air to insure no debris or any other gunk left in them
