Been quite a while since I stopped in to Moparts. For anyone that remembers my Copper '67 Dart GT? It had a W8 small block in it that I destroyed pretty badly about 2 1/2 years ago. I was pretty happy with that engine, but Peterson Fluid Systems crappy single stage oil pump made sure it didn't live a very long life. I parted out anything that was still usable from that mess and moved on. The car just underwent a complete makeover that is still in process. It now has a complete 25.1 Top Sportsman chassis under it with every upgrade I could think of to add. Strange modular floater rear, 34 x 16.5 x 16 MT on Weld bead locks, Strange Ultra Struts up front, etc... It just came home from the chassis shop and is ready to get finished. It will be powered by a stroked Gen 3 hemi (N/A at first and then Procharged). It is real light so we will likely take over any standing N/A Gen 3 hemi record before I go after the overall quickest Gen 3 record. There are a few pic floating around from my build if anyone followed it on Facebook.
With that said, Im getting ready to build headers and if I remember correctly there was a few people here that had the Pipemax software. It there anyone that would mind checking how close my thoughts are on header sizing? I have all of the specs.

Good to see your still around. Just-a-dart is doing a Gen 3 in my old chassis, we will have to see who get's that NA record first
Didn't you put a BB in the dart briefly after the SB?

Good to see you post again! Sounds like a fun ride.
Bigcube you know I am just looking for a little quicker bracket combo, not a record breaker.

LOL, how hard could the NA record be to beat? I'm guessing 9 something?

David Barton went 8.54 4 years ago with an NA 426 G3 motor on a 9" tire.

It's looking awesome Brian!!
Bigcube - I know he bought BB, but don't think it ever made it into the car. I could be wrong though.
Casey FJ
The BB never made it into the car. It was a fitment issue that I would have had to spend a bunch on to get it in there and then I would have still had a car I probably couldn't hook. Threw it all out and have alot of tire now that I can hook in a wheat field.
You know how mundane my engine combo is. It's not even close to being any kind of max effort. If it was, I could easily make this car go 7's. The fact is that it would cost just as much to go 7's na that 6's with boost.
Sounds like an awesome ride. Where would I look to see more pics of it?
I don't have an official online album, but I will try to post one here. Has posting pics become easier on here without having to link to a host?

Very nice! While I'm sorry to hear about the previous carnage it has forced you into evolving the car as a whole into a beauty! Good work

PROMOD!!!
Just because we know how much Brian loves that term. LOL!!!
Beautiful build and I hope you enjoy it. I’ve enjoyed watching your progress on Facebook but it shocks me what you have done to that beautiful car. So many of my friends have moved away from Top Sportsman cars into big dollar bracket race cars that are raced weekly. Goodluck with it and go kick some butt.

Howdy!!
Howdy back at ya. Good to see some of the guys are still around.
Good to see you posting again Brian. Is it still the same car?
Yes sir.
What happened to it?
Going from fast to real fast.

He has been quicker than that I believe, but this will be capable of more.
