E Street heads, Head Bolts, Gaskets?

Guys, looking into Edelbrock Aluminum heads and just not getting clear answer on head bolts. whether they all use stock length head bolts and which head gaskets are preferred.

Head gasket....... as with most things...... it depends on what the application is.
