trailer floor cleaning

I have a recent car trailer with the black dot type flooring. My race car developed a leak this winter so now I have a mess. I have used purple power and Wesley's bleach white and the floor still looks like crap. Do any of you guys have a secret for cleaning this type floor?

I have used Totally Awesome for cleaning my exterior and interior with good results,
get it at your local dollar store, word of advise rinse off good shortly after applying, good luck!
