I have been using mine with straight alcohol for years with zero issues. Knock on wood

Thanks John, just wanted the warm fuzzy feeling to run E-85 thru it. I just sat my motor in today and hope to fire it next weekend. Birdtracker

it will take me a few days. I am slow. Everything is different so I have to check and then recheck. I don't know even if my scoop will work due to height difference in the heads and intake. birdtracker

Looking good. Will you be able to get your valve covers off. It looks kinda close. Rebuild parts are readily available for those fuel pumps on racing junk and eBay. BG wouldn’t give you any parts as they wanted to fix them. Parts are cheap too

Cab: I have a Pro Systems dominator that uses a vaccum signal regulator. The tank is in the rear of the car and the pump is lower than the tank. Birdtracker

The BG 400 will. Please take the time to read and follow the instructions! It is most important that the pump be below your fuel cell fuel connection. It must have full flow(gravity feed) prior to any use. 5/8" line feeds the inlet to the pump. Smaller than that will lead to premature pump failure. The BG filter elements will not work with any alcohol, pump gas 10-15% or e85. You'll need a prefilter that works with e85. There is an aftermarket BG filter but not sure if e85 will work.

Learn how to make a proper return line into the tank. It explains this WELL in their instructions to prevent air in the fuel. Fuel should dump BELOW fuel level, not on top of it.
