2019 Stickshift Challenge @ The Nats

Time again to remind everyone, Aug 10 is the 2019 Stickshift Challenge at the Mopar Nats.
A big Thank you to Brewers Performance!

Brewers instead of gift ceetificates this year will be doing checks to winner and runner up instead.
$500 and 250 respectively, plus normal money from the tower.

Payouts:
$ 1,500 winner
$ 650 runner up
$ 100 semis.

Free shirts for participants like years past, custom made trophy etc...

Bring out the sticks, break some [censored] and have fun!!!

Handicap or heads up?

What are the rules for the challenge?

Greg if I were smart I’d send you the shirts and stay home. That place hates me.

Handicap.
Typical stick rules, meet track/nhra requirements for et. Leave must be actuated by drivers leg and each gear change. No air shifters, hydraulic release etc. usually a good mix of street and race. Last year was a woman in a new challenger street car against a race car.

Also a factory trans (4,5,6 speed) in the final gets you a $100 bill as well.

I'm planning on being there again. Hopefully not to break anything. Blew a head gasket last year. All fixed now and track tested. Thanks again for doing this race Andre.
