1964 Plymouth at Summit Racing/KB

They showed some of the areas at KB racing with Jason Line and Greg Anderson on the Gators coverage. In the background was a 1964 Plymouth. I looked like it might be a SS car. I know Jason builds Hemi engines for Bucky Hess (or did, not sure if he still does). Is that a test car for Bucky?
