Got new ride...I miss this place!

Hey guys - I'm back! I took some time off with no car, and actually had a non Mopar for a while. Always knew it was just a matter of time before I'd be back. Not exactly a race car, but something to cruise around in. And I did zero work to it! Bought it done. (Now thats a first!) Of course, I already have a few changes in mind. Anyhow, here it is: a 72 Challenger with a 505 and 4 speed.

Ah, yes I did! I just figured you meant a 63 truck. I sold the 63 about 10 years ago. I guy from Aussie bought it and did drag week with it. That's the last I heard of it.

if so it finally made it down here this year . Steve still owns it (SR440).

I think he kept it in the states awhile and did several drag weeks with it. That was a really neat car that ran well.

Thanks for the nice words guys. I have never been one to buy a car that needs nothing, but this might be the one. I'm not nuts about the stealth heads with the stock rockers and hydraulic cam, but it does run good. Its the muscle motors street crate 505. Overinflated power numbers, but thats fine. I wont be tooting my horn about the dyno numbers anyhow. My plans if anything will be to add some better heads and a hydraulic roller.

If it's a MM motor with stock rockers do yourself a favor and put some good rockers and pushrods in it. Trust me on this......
