Just got the dominator back from Dom

Came all boxed up real nice with some extra goodies i asked for. Just 2 days from Cali to MI USPS. Thats real good. Its gonna be a week or two before i can try it out. Still don't have the valve covers back from machining yet. Can't wait.

All wrapped real nice with caps on the vents as well. Nicely done. Had Dom add stepped boosters and set up for my 511 combo.

Absolutely. Dom has given the most and best advise of all carb companies i have dealt with. He likes what he does and is good at it. No ancient chinese secretes with him either. That in itself is a big help.

It appears this carb started life as a 3 circuit, and switched to a 2 circuit, now my question,, was the idle circuit moved over and then the unused spot plugged with a undrilled bleed or am I seeing this correctly because once I get realeased from my cardiologist and able to dial my reworked 8082 dommy in, I am going to switch my 8896 3 cir to a 2 cir.

yes, thats how its done. The vent caps are just to keep garbage out during shipping.

That box is from GET'M Garage and was designed by a structural engineer and soon all of my carbs will hopefully be in those........

The highs remain next to the bowl vents, the inners are now idles and the outers get plugged..........

Talk about easy to deal with, all I did today was text Dom to tell him I finally got mine on and running. Within 1 minute he called to offer some minor tuning adjustments and just to have a little small talk!!

Thankxxx man and if things go right, my angry honey badger stickers will be on a car that will be filming with JJ The Boss in a couple weeks in Vegas for the next seasons tv shows...............

PM me. I have one for sale I will make you a deal on. It has billet blocks but they are 3 circuit so Dom would have to change those out. IIRC it has 16 hole boosters. Now that I typed that, they may be 12 hole. Been a while since I looked at it.

It also has big fuel chute bowls and the correct floats and accelerator pump linkage for those bowls.

Mines been back for a month or two lol
