LM-2 single or dual O2 sensor, which to get? - 02/28/09 03:29 PM
Hi guys, I will be buying an LM-2 in the next month or so, is it worth it to get the one with the dual O2 sensors, or should I just save the xtra $200 and get the one with the single sensor? Thanks for any input!

There is more cylinder to cylinder variance than bank to bank, so you'll be fine with a single. The advantage of 2 is really for either averaging both banks, or seeing if you have trouble with one side or the other. Not very common with carbs, but it happens with injection. I use 2, but more often than not really don't need both signals.

so to run the single sensor do you just use one bung on either collector of choice?
