Found a converter on the shelf. Had it built many years ago for a 360/A body.Can a trans shop test it on their dyno and figure out what its range is?

If they have a converter dyno and are willing to test another brand, probably 
I don't have any brands in mind right now that have their own converter dyno, maybe someone else will remember and chime in
