Stage V 2x4 hemi intake, thunder series carbs.

what are options for air cleaners ?

Going in a 69 charger. Understand the center to center carb spacing is wider than OEM.

Don't care if aftermarket or not stock looking

Pretty sure Tim Banning at FHO has an air cleaner for that setup.

one of our members in greece [sorry, i forgot who] posted in the general section [i think] his modification to a reproduction fiberglass base to fit this exact combination of differing carb center lines. he did a very nice job, and it was not difficult. this was a couple of years ago, if i remember correctly, so i can't help with a link. don't know if this will help you or not.
