I've made them already when 18 wasn't big enough and I didn't want to lock it out.

4secondsflat has some bushings for those. I think you end up with 20 initial and 36 total.

I have 10 and 14 degree bushings. CNC machined and less expense than the other guys!
If you needed 16, you could always turn down a 14 bushing to hit the correct or close diameter.
