Greg.. quick question..did you ever make any
W5 intake gaskets... I see you have a 6300
and the W2 ones but I think the 6300 is a
stock 340/360.. is this true...thanks

W-5 intake gaskets? Who in their right mind would make those? laugh2

Yes, they are offered in .031" (#6310), .047" (#6311) and .062" (#6312) thicknesses, MicroPore-15 material thumbs

Mike for 11/32 stems I use Comp Cams 517-16 (.500" guide) or 503-16 (.530" guide). Easy to install, they're small outer diameter, good oil control.

CompCams #529-16 here. They are setup for 0.530" valve guide diameter and 11/32 valve stem. Looks like the VITON seal material is "placed/formed" around core metal jacket.

These seals worked great for me, I went from the hard Teflon pieces to these and whatever seal pass-through oil consumption I had has stopped.

Oh, one thing that helped me, these are a tight fit, so I also picked up an install tool, CompCams #5334, installs .500, .531 in. PTFE Seals, etc.

You are correct for .530" guide 529-16 not 503-16

They do purchase them. Can't say if they are in stock or not but I have an order I'm putting together for them so they could possible be added on if need be.
