John Hagens green Cuda?

last time i seen it was at bir race way mans name was rick lives in MN

I have been told this is the car ..Last time I seen it was 96 I think ?

same car his shop was 6 blocks from me I knew John from the old days

Rick Johnson car and the John Hagen candy red car are the same the early green car is a different car. The 65 suffered a crash.

I met john in 1971 the red car is the one i seen before he went to prostock

Rick Johnson's Barracuda is a John Hagen car - When Chrysler pulled out of Pro Stock in 74 remember all the factory boys went back to S/S - Landy had a Challenger, Leal had a 65 car, S&M had a 68 car, ect.. that is when Hagen built this Barracuda - I belive Jerry Hemmingston (Jericho Transmissions) built the car for John. I have seen pictures with someone else's name on it before Rick got it - Brom maybe. This car is NOT the green Barracuda that Hagen had. That car was sold and ran S/S & M/P and then sold again. Currently the car is MIA. The car may still be alive from stories I have heard (but can't confirm)but hasn't been out since the 70's - I am not sure the guy knows what a peice of history he has.

Is the car Rick Johnson owns now a BO29 car? Anyone have other pictures of Hagens green Cuda? I know of the one on quartermilestones.com, but I thought I remember seeing one of it after John sold it, with Super Cuda, or something like that painted on the side?
