This seems to come up every so often, so I figured I'd share. Looks good, not sure on the $$$ though

These guys do the "spray chrome" process which is a coating more than a paint. My son and I have looked into this same system for us and just did not pull the trigger. Seems to hold up very well and can be done on anything. You can search them on facebook if you want to see it done in real time.

Paul's Chrome Plating can put copper, then nickel, and then chrome any fiberglass part. REAL electroplating. Spray on chrome doesn't stand up to the elements.
Looks like B&L can as well

Paul's no longer plates any plastics.

mine was done in chrimachrome. but not there top clear coating. the shop that did mine said the his top coat clear will not yellow and has has the flex agent in it.it looks great. I do wonder how well it will hold up to high speed bug strikes though. oh and it was pricey!

Any experience with them? Looked at their site and it looks really good and fairly close.
