I've had really good luck with Eric at www.horsepowerinnovations.com He's been great to work with, and I've been able to upgrade/tweak my carb from him from 550hp to 850hp. Top notch customer service...

I had AJ at Bob George racing in PA convert my 1150 CFM Dominator from gas to E85 
He can be reached at 724-941-3880, I'm not sure if he is still doing carb. conversions or not anymore since he bought Bob out

Classic motorsports as stated before, Chris has done 5 carbs for us dominators and 4150's, He puts them on a dyno motor to get them set so you know they will fire on first start, Great service also, we have been burned a couple of times on e85 conversions and classic motorsports is awesome, Probably lots of good guys out there doing carbs, alls I can say is go with someone you have had some good reviews with,
