Re: Chrysler Power Classic at National Trail Raceway - 05/12/17 02:54 PM

This just in! In order to make our Hemi Super Stock program more accessible to the hobby racer, we have softened the class indexes. They will now be one full second slower than the current NHRA index. If racers come close, they'll still get a cigar. No one gets sent home for trying, we just don't want a field full of street cars. You understand.

HEMI SUPER STOCK SHOOTOUT. SS/A 1968 Dart and Barracuda; SS/B 1964-65 Dodge and Plymouth B-Body 2-door; SS/D 1966-67 Coronet and Belvedere 2-door; SS/E 1970-71 Challenger and Barracuda; SS/F 1966-67 Coronet and Belvedere wagon, 1968-70 Coronet and Belvedere 2-door, 1971 Charger and Satellite 2-door. All Hemis must dial at or below an established class index during eliminations: (SS/A=10.70, SS/B=10.90, SS/D=11.20, SS/E=11.35, SS/F=11.45). Heads up class runoffs in all classes for trophy, plus all-run dial-in cash eliminator.

We have a few more things to get finished on the dart, but we will be there. I just hope the weather forecast changes before then.
