I hope to have my 64 there. Going to be looking for that 9 second time slip! Unfortunately I am not allowed to take it down the track. I wanted to have a different fuel pump on it by then but I still am limited to what I can do. See ya guys there!! (I hope!)

Cedar Falls Raceway answering machine says that this weekends Terry Stumpf Memorial race has been postponed until next weekend due to Rising floodwaters.
So would they run both events simultaneously? Is there a time for test and tune during the Mopar max event?

I see the Terry Stumpf Memorial race was supposed to be 1/8 mile, wonder if this weekend will be 1/8 mile or 1/4 mile?

I left Justin a message to see if it will be 1/4 or 1/8th...I also wonder where everyone will park....

With both races going on, it sounds like it could be crowded. And I imagine the memorial race will take presidence. I may skip this one.

I was told the Mopar Max races will be 1/4 mile. They could have moved the race to the weekend of Oct.15 but the weather could be iffy by then so it was left as is.I also heard a couple of racers are going to St.Louis to spectate and not taking their cars due to the high entry fees to payout ratio. At this point I am undecided on what to do. I think I would like to see my car in the memorial race as it pays 5 grand on Saturday and 2 grand to win on Sunday. I also think that the track will be full and there may be too much going on.

Thanks for checking Ted, I am still going, might have to enter both races, I have never ran 1/8 mile before.

gts has the right idea. enter both, get more hits, win more money. Ratio is good if you win. Ratio is never good if your out first round. There will be plenty of room for everybody.
