Jack got it 1st.
i am going to run a indy aluminum max block, with B1 original cnc'd heads with indy 440-25 crossram with 2 edelbrock carbs.
Chuck used them on his motor an we talked and he said he was going to make me a set. he then had a few more requests so he made a run of a bunch of them. i didnt have to wait long. Chuck called me to let me know that they would be done in 2weeks. 3 days prior to shipping i got a call from him stating they were ready to ship. thats what i call great customer service. great business practice, no BS. thanks again Chuck for being very professional. hes a standup guy.

PoppaJ you should know theres only 1 Yankee fish peddler on the east coast.

Re: check out these trick pieces!! - 02/07/09 03:14 PM

Chuck at Best Machine made a great piece, told me the price and sent a invoice with the merchandise.Hes a great guy to do business with.
arc on the board also a fantastic engine builder who also sends me a invoice.
BG Racing sends me product even before billing and i receive an invoice after the parts are received.
These are the top notch venders on this site, where you dont have to worry about phanthom charges occuring after you receive a product.
AGAIN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.thanks.

If dram has a problem with someone where should he confront him with it ?

If a vendor takes a order and promises to fill that order in X amount of time .What happens if vendor is asleep at the wheel and takes to long as per verbal agreement.?Does customer have the right to say screw this I am out of here ? I say yes
If customer has received goods and has not paid ed for them thats fair game and should reflect on the costumers credibility. I say flame the customer, and air out what really happened.

Heavens forbid if someone gets upset .
