is the only difference between a solid roller and a hydraulic roller the lifters if you had a solid roller could buy a set of hydraulic roller lifters and throw them in

Usually the ramp rate is mild on a hyd roller and
the solid roller tends to be quicker on the ramp..
but yes you can put a solid roller on a hyd roller
stick.. dont think I would go the other way
