Cam break in lube question

Does anyone still make and sell the red lube that gets on everything and seems to wind up everywhere? I have bought three different bottles of lube but the are all a zinc additive lube, Howard's, Lucas etc.

I use the Torco red............

All the Isky stuff I have is probably no newer than 1984 but none of it is red. The only red I know of is Torco.


EDIT: just as soon as I hit the send button I remembered the RedLine stuff that was red, but it was paste. I never used it, but I know guys that did.

I use that Redline stuff(paste).. I like it..doesnt
come off easy like most lubes.. as soon as it gets warmed
up it seems to mix in with the oil

I also like the Driven engine assembly grease.

Comp Cams break in lube for cams with non roller lifters is a thick red liquid, it does manage to get all over anything close to it also I wouldn't use it an anything other than the cam lobes and lifter bottoms, not on bearings, rings, wrist pins or valve guides

Thanks guys. I bought the Torco Red that Thumperdart suggested yesterday. Amazon has already delivered it this AM.

That stuff stays where you put it but as suggested, leave the intake off till ready plus you can actually make sure you`re on the base circle while setting valves...............
