No guarantee that you won't need new pushrods, just depends on which vendor MP is using for lifters. If they use the same exact lifter dimensions as Comp then you'll get lucky, otherwise you might need new pushrods.

Not many lifter manufacturers now. My bet is they'e all the same. Hydraulic and solid are different heights. But I'll bet all solids are the same. If your worried why not just get your lifters from Comp? Then you'll match what you have.

Johnson Hy-Lift makes the MP lifters. Stanadyne was used before that,LONG ago,but they stopped making them.I'd be willing to bet Johnson Hy-Lift makes Comp lifters too.

Mopar lifters, both hydraulic and solids had two different cup heights, 1952 to 1967 had a lower cup height than the 1967 and later lifters have.
OP, how about having your current lifter set bottoms reconditioned by a good cam regrind company? work scope twocents
