Tublar A Arm measurements needed

I have a set of unknown manufacturer tublar A Arms im in the process of installing in my 62 valiant im upgrading the brake system from SBP KH setup to a LBP brake setup.
The arms i have have a poly mount that are dry rotted and need to be replaced before i install the arms im going to replace them with a heim joint end and im in need of the measurement of the spacers used in between the A arm ends and mounting ears on the frame that the eccentric bolts pass thru.

Im looking at adding some heims like this but i dont have any measurements on the heims i haven't purchased yet
