Holley carb setup??"s

I just got my new 416 stroker running yesterday and used a known good vacuum secondary carb for the break in. I have a 750 double pump with a proform center and new front block. What would be a good starting point for the jetting? .600 lift cam and about 11.4 compression with 7" of vacuum. Thanks!

i'm guessing, but 72/80 should be close. its what i put in my dads 410sb chevy and works good.
