Extreme Sportswear used to have them, not sure if they still do though.

Mine came from Extreme Sportswear (or something like that) in 2008. Multi layer -5 was $400 back then. I need a new one and can't find one now either.

Extreme Sportswear will add the Mopar M and any wording to any SFI jacket you have. They did my RJS -5 jacket last year and we're very prompt and $ reasonable. Give them a call.

I bought a Jacket though summit than sent it to extreme sportwear added the mopar logo and my name on the front of it
