It has quit raining here now and we are headed to track now. A couple of hours I am sure to get the track dry and reprepped! We are struggling a little. Going to pull converter and tighten it up. Ran the 4.96 in second gear from 60' on. Banging the chip past half track. Would not shift into 3rd.

we're going to need more than that,didn't get chance to see much yesterday the final qualifying for 275 but is it just me or do those new mustang chassis work very well?seen a couple of old school make an pass that were good but they didn't seem as fast as the newer style chassis

35lbs is nothing for the lil 4G63, I've been in one at over 50lbs with the fogger turned on, amazing what they will hold with the stock blocks and cranks.
