Great video, really showed the Randy I knew. Such a great guy, I will miss him dearly at the track.

I remember the first time I met him, we were at the track and I had horrible "helmet hair." He was a gentleman and didn't mention it, hahaha!

One of the pics was of Randy and myself out at Lapeer
raceway doing a carb swap to my 1050... it made more
power but it sure spun a lot more to end up with the
same ET but mph was up 3

Great tribute. He is smiling in every one of those pics. I like the one where he has the 70's hair and there is a painting of a woman over his shoulder rolling her eyes.

Thank you for posting this. This is the same video they played at his memorial service. I'm still having a tough time. Every time I do something to the car or want to bs about something, I still have that momentary thought "hey, I should call Randy!". I still do that at least a couple times a week. Sure miss him.....

Thanks for posting. I saw that on my facebook feed this morning.

Here is what was written to go with the video Jamie shared.
"Randy's Memorial video
It’s been a little over a month since my father’s passing on December 6th, and on behalf of my mother and our entire family, we would like to post something for all of you who were not able to be with us for his memorial service. This is the video we put together to remember him. Randy will be missed more than words can say. He is in our thoughts each day. Not only by my family but by all the friends who continue to post wonderful comments on his page. The best way to honor him would be to share the timeline of his life with everyone. In the very near future we plan to turn his page into a memorial facebook page in order to keep it current and to act as a living memorial. A man who has touched us all deserves a site that we all can look back upon."

Real nice tribute for a very nice person

Ron I just joined Facebook so I could view this memorial.
Very touching and emotional content for me and I have only known him through Moparts and meeting him at the track about a dozen times.
RIP my friend

Before Randy moved(about 1 1/2 years ago) he use to
stop by my shop with a 12 pack of Canadian beer(only
Canadian beer for him and he knew I drink Canadian beer also)
and we would BS for a few hours once or twice a week...
was some good times and I do miss him.... it use to
astonish him what I would do to build a car...he
sure did like to drive his GTX... we went to many
a cruise together ... RIP... we use to talk about
our cancer (we both have the same thing) but why
it took him and not me has me surprised all the time
