nice launch
1.32 average at Norwalk in the 60'. Car stayed normal 10.20's most of the weekend. Was quite please until a header tube snapped off!! Still loved the weekend overall.

Interesting, nice 60ft......we went a 1.403 60ft in our Duster this weekend and were in the 9.99's on pump junk...What gearsa and tire size are you riunning?
Car has always flown in the 60'. Its is a Muscle Motors 474 w/an Ultra-Dyne .613" flat tappet cam. Turbo 400 trans w/Rossler brake. Dana 60 4.88 gears & 31" x 14" tires. Car weigh 3060 dry& I'm about 270#. Don't know why it runs the 60 so fast. Shift both at 6600 go thru the traps right at 7000. Have went 1.29 60' twice.

Man that thing launches nice Ken! Did you get new wheels too? My car only 60 footed at 1.36 even though it ran 9.80's.
Sorry corrected the tire size there. Bob, yea ditched the Pro-Stars this year. Found some Center-Line Pro Stocks, looks so much better to me.

Thanks for the good words guys!! Yeah I've had a great deal of fun w/this car. Don't get out enought to be a competetive bracket racer on a consistant basis. But its still a ball of fun. to drive. Love getting out & hanging w/the Moparts friends.

Ken,great video,it's always great to see you and the crew at the races.You were hanging the wheels at the Curt Race also.We need to fix them headers.

Yeah we enjoy going to the races when we can. With my work now it has opened up some more free time to get out. As for the headers really thinking about the TTI's??? What is your thought on them. Have quite a bit to do this winter so its not a hurry at all. Want to have my 71 340 Duster back on the road for next year as well.

Nice car....great launch...and I'd say your 60 is a result of the turbo 400/tranny break and good match of converter.
What does it MPH?

The mph is usually in the 126 range. Has gone in really good air as fast as 129. Thanks, Ken
It 60's like a champ because of the 4.88s. Leaves great.

That's a nice 60' for 10.20s......car works good.
I've gone 9.40s (N/A) at 3280# with the same 60'.

I own the Orange Sunshine Duster and I want to thank you for the video. That's the first time I've seen a video of my car. My 60' aren't but 1.37 but the car pulls all the way through. That's the 4.30 gears. Nice car and good luck racing!
Thanks again guys!! Its a fun car to drive. It just has a set of Mopar Stage 6 heads that everyone seems to have issues with here. Been on the car for years. No issues yet. As for the gears, I've really thought of going w/4.30 gears. Wasn't sure if it would hurt more than help????

You would just have more mph. The charger I run weighs about the same and runs the same but 4.56s. I also have a 31" tire. I've yet to put a good converter in it. It 60s like a slug 1.44 but goes 131mph. I had one good run with a converter before it broke. Went 1.37 60' packing the tires way up and went 10.05 @ 132
Yeah kind of what I was thinking as weel. Would see the elusive 130mph is all probably. Its a good package & runs & pulls well. So just a header change over the winter will make me happy!!

Looking good Ken. Bring that thing up to PRP for the Halloween Race. Should be a real good time.
Haven't had time to touch it sonce Norwalk. Still need to get the header fixed. Probably won't be time to do it. Think I'm done until next year. Thanks, Ken
