Weather conditions at Texas Motorplex - 09/20/13 06:28 PM
Anyone have news about the rain at the Motorplex? Radar looks like bands of heavy rain passing through.
What's the spectator parking like? Muddy?
Forecast is very heavy rain this afternoon, buts its been light around Dallas so far today.
We are planning to drive down tomorrow and don't want to get stuck

According to Dragracecentral, they are under a rain delay. Drizzling, misting rain.

Don't know about the weather other than it's drizzling here in Plano, parking down there is a grass field.

It's raining at the track now....with more on the way this afternoon and evening. I'm planning to go tomorrow as the forecast looks almost perfect for racing conditions.
BTW, as was already said.....grass field for parking will suck after the 2+ inch rain.

They are done for the day at Ennis. Not sure about going tomorrow, we may wind up going Sunday. I'm not crazy about walking 1/2 mile in the mud to get to the gate, then finding my truck is stuck when it's time to leave.

It sure was a mess today! I'm glad my truck is 4 wheel drive. I've towed my junk to Crandall, I was hoping for some t&t tonight but thats off.I guess I'll spectate tomorrow and maybe race Crandall tomorrow night.
