Gen 3 drag pak intake help (measurement?) - 08/04/13 01:45 AM
I picked up a early manifold in the raw (no machine work)it has no EFI bungs. I think it was for the crate motors before the drag pak program. # on the manifold is P451?815AA(4th number is jacked up could be 0 or 3 or 8)
I think after getting it that the runners are not as wide as the newer stuff. Could I get someone to measure the width of runner #4 or 5 1" up from the top of the mounting flange on the outside of runner?
The stock ports on my 6.4 heads are 1.910 wide. Above the flange my intake runner is only about 2.100 outside width on this intake and small inside as cast.
I would like to get an idea what the newer intakes are without starting a collection of these things.
