I like and use fenderwells in A bodys with BB 
Hedman makes a very nice set of pipes for the Indy Heads in a A body

The old CPPA headers were under chassis headers, but I think your going to have to have them custom, and even then if bigger than 1 7/8" tubes, you will still more than likely have a tube or two around the frame. Here's a pic of mine.
